I share about my Shamanic Healing Practice, Men's Wellness, meeting Holy men, the Gray Antelope book, talking sticks, my small family and grandson (Takis), ancestors, my "Little Books" full of wonderful poems and story, LewAllen & LewAllen Jewelry (a father-daughter business), my love of boats, sailing, and the ocean, and my creative juices that have helped navigate me through times of shadow and bliss.
